Together with our partners, Stonebridge Properties, Dan Fraiman LLC, and the Town of Truckee, we are releasing an RFB to solicit bids for implementation of Cold Creek Cribwall Restoration Project.
The purpose of the Cold Creek Cribwall Project is to address the bank erosion located on the left bank of Cold Creek near the downstream end of Cold Creek, where the channel makes an abrupt 90-degree bend. The work will reduce erosion and stabilize the fine sediment source at the apex of the bend, promote natural geomorphic processes and create diverse instream and riparian habitat.
This bid package represents a highly coordinated portion of the overall project, to be performed concurrently with a Primary Contractor working upstream. Access, sequencing, and construction timing will be dependent on Primary Contractor activities and approvals
