TRWC Program Manager

The Truckee River Watershed Council currently has an opening for a part-time Program Manager, working 3 days per week (24 hours/week). If you love the river and have a background working in botany, environmental management or a related field, come work with us! The Program Manager implements all aspects of our Weed Warrior program, oversees specific restoration programs and will manage the update of watershed management plan/strategy.

Help monitor the health of the Truckee River! Regular lab nights in 2012 are generally on the 2nd Tuesday and 4th Wednesday of each month from January through April. We'll teach volunteers the basics of insect identification and lab procedures. Labs meet from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Truckee River Watershed Council office. RSVP required.
