The Truckee River Watershed Council invites you to a River Talk. Come on a virtual tour of a few of our projects. Learn more about our work to restore and protect our rivers, streams, and meadows, and share your comments and feedback with us. So grab a friend and allow us to inspire you to take the Truckee River “in our hands”.

Be an Ambassador

We are looking for people like you who are passionate about our work to become Ambassadors in the community. The Ambassador Program for the Truckee River Watershed Council is a special group of people who agree to bring ten people to our River Talks. You could host a River Talk at your office, your business, or in your home. Or you could join your friends at one of our regularly scheduled, public River Talks throughout the year. As an Ambassador, you would be spreading the word about our work to restore and protect the rivers, streams, and meadows of our watershed.
